For mobile services, access to power and water is generally preferred. This will be discussed at the time of booking.

Smaller maintenance details may take only a few hours, while paint correction and coating work can require significantly more time to complete properly.

I will discuss anything I need with you before your appointment. Having said that, there are a few general things that assist.

For any interior detail, the most helpful thing is fully emptying the car of any personal effects. Please note that anything fixed (like phone mounts etc) will be left in place unless discussed with me prior.

For liability reasons I am unable to uninstall any baby/toddler/child type seats. If you wish for the area directly under them (i.e. the rear seat) to be detailed please remove them prior to your detail.

If it’s exterior, you don’t have to do anything. It can be helpful for you to point out any areas of concern or anything in particular you want to achieve, however I will discuss all this with you prior.

Yes, Spartan Detailing is fully insured for public liability and care, custody and control of customer’s vehicles.

Spartan Detailing is ABN registered.

For liability purposes pick up and drop off of vehicles is not available however, drop off and pick up for the owner may be possible depending on location.

Yes, all bookings require a 10% deposit to confirm the detail. This is fully refundable upto 48 hours before the appointment time.

Cash, card and PayID are accepted.

Payment is due on completion of the work and at pick up of your vehicle.
